So lately I’ve been feeling down and swamped by work. I haven’t gone to the gym in weeks and i find myself always working and when i finally have the day off I just relax. Well I’m trying to change that mindset and figure out how to manage and boost myself up. I’m trying out a planner and trying to give myself deadlines so I can enjoy what I love… EXERCISE! When I’m feeling down I tend to eat more junk food and not care what goes in my body. So below I found some inspiration words to live by this week!
